“RCS” is an microprocessor controlled monitoring system for brake systems in crane and industrial applications.
RCS serves for the purpose of early defect detection, damages limitation and guarantees a smooth running of the operative workflow.

- Run-time monitoring for opening- and closing times
- Oil-temerature in thruster
- Oil-niveau in thruster
- Remaining lift monitoring in the thruster
- Wear monitoring
- Spring fracture monitoring
- Rotational speed or standstill monitoring at brakes

- Force measurement in the optical leverage of the brake
