Product description

Cooling system for thrusters according to DIN 15430. Protection against overheating.
Even existing and in use thruster types can be equipped and/or upgraded with the cooling system type RCS.

Functional principle

The max. surface temperature of thrusters should not exceed 70°C. Seals could be damaged at higher temperatures.
The cooling system generates an airflow which produces a forced convection in addition to the normal heat emission. It is wired according to the electrical connection plan parallel to the thruster. The thruster and the cooling system is working synchronized.

The cooling system may also consist of two fans if the ambient temperature is especially high.
