Functional principle

Rope rocker dampers will be mounted parallel to both ropes. These dampers are linked with the rope sweep and the supporting structure by joints.

The integrated automatic switching valve guarantees fast reaction times and very low restoring forces during normal operation. In case of a rope failure the rope rocker dampers damp immediately so that a free-fall way of the load can be avoided.
